About Attorney

Why is your website so simple?

I use technology regularly so I know how annoying it is waiting for a website to load. So I designed this website myself and not from one of the popular complicated templates designed for lawyers in order to make sure I don’t waste anyone’s time. I believe in getting to the essentials and getting the job done.

Why aren’t your initial consultations free?

Charging a nominal fee acts to ensure those who seek a consultation genuinely need a lawyer’s counsel. This ensures I can concentrate on the matters I am retained for. In addition, it gets clients in the habit of paying me.

Does an initial consultation mean you are my lawyer?

No, if I am representing you on a matter I will provide or mail you a letter signed by me indicating the terms of my representation and you will need to mail a copy signed by you back to me along with any retainer required. In addition, any retainer required will need to both be paid and the funds to clear the bank.

Do you offer payment plans?

For flat fee work payment plans are typically offered with final payment due before work completed.
