I started my legal practice with the mission of providing aggressive but caring Memphis legal services. I aspire to be the lawyer who listens, but still provides aggressive, sound, and cost-effective advice to clients. I recognize that providing legal service is a profoundly personal service and I understand that any failing by me to be accessible and communicative with my Memphis clients will compound an already stressful period of their life. I offer low cost initial consultations and will thoughtfully analyze your situation and be up-front about if your situation warrants legal actions. In addition, I won’t use the initial half-hour consultation solely as a sales pitch but will analyze the issues for you and point you towards a more appropriate professional counselor or Memphis attorney if your situation warrants. I understand that I won’t be the optimal lawyer for every situation. No Memphis lawyer can be. In addition, if you feel the initial half-hour consultation is not worth the low initial cost, then I will gladly refund your legal consultation fee.

Some Areas In Which I Accept Cases Include
Family Law/Divorce – The most common service provided in this area is divorce, but it can include collection of child support or drafting prenuptial agreements.
Small Business Law- From a small band negotiating a contract to a start-up trucking company seeking to create a legal structure, I’d be happy to help. Fees for Small Business will be discounted since I enjoy this area.
Personal Injury- Basically a form of litigation. The major difference and difficulty in picking a Memphis personal injury lawyer is that trying a personal injury case can require advancing a great deal of money. Originally, when I started my practice I had intended to not try Memphis personal injury cases, but instead to refer them out and find the right lawyer for that case. However, I discovered I really love litigation and personal injury has some of the most challenging but potentially lucrative cases out there. I will still provide a personal injury matching service if requested, but I will try your case if I think its something my office could handle or if I think we’ll need help I won’t hesitate to associate with a firm that has extensive resources and experiences. Remember Tennessee has a one year statue of limitations for personal injury matters so contact me or another lawyer immediately if you think you might have a case.
Litigation- If someone breaks a contract or violates your rights then litigation can be the solution. Real Estate – Hire an attorney to represent you in the real estate transactions. An attorney brings the professional licensure and oversight to the table a title company can’t.
